The UAE Pavilion is situated immediately adjacent to Al Wasl Plaza, in the Al Forsan Zone, at the intersection of the three distinct districts of Expo 2020 Dubai: Opportunity District, Mobility District, and Sustainability District.

Where can I purchase a ticket?

Holders of Expo 2020 tickets are granted access to the UAE Pavilion.

What are the opening and closing hours of the UAE Pavilion?

The UAE Pavilion is open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm. 8:30pm is the latest visitor entry.

How much time should I plan to spend at the UAE Pavilion?

Your journey from start to finish will take approximately one hour.

What is the distance from the UAE Pavilion to Al Wasl Plaza?

Al Qasl Plaza is less than 200 meters away from the UAE Pavilion.

Where is the parking for the UAE Pavilion?

There are several parking areas at Expo 2020 Dubai. The Expo Rider shuttle bus service is available from all parking areas to the various Expo Arrival Plazas.

Do you offer activities for children within the UAE Pavilion?

The visitor experience of the UAE Pavilion has been designed for all age groups.

Am I allowed to take picture and video inside the UAE Pavilion?

Visitors are allowed to photograph and take video within the UAE Pavilion for non-commercial purposes.

Is multilingual content available in the UAE Pavilion?

All content within the UAE Pavilion is designed to be understood regardless of language.

Does the Pavilion allow visitors with wheelchairs and strollers?

The UAE Pavilion is accessible for visitors with wheelchairs and strollers.

Is the UAE Pavilion equipped with assistive technology? Does it have technology for visually impaired visitors?

The Pavilion is not equipped with printed Braille descriptors or assisted floor markers for visitors who are visually impaired. However, the UAE Pavilion has immersive experiences with media that are also audio focused.

Are service animals premitted in the UAE Pavilion?

Service dogs are allowed, they must be on a leash or harness and clearly identified as a service animal. For further information, please refer to:

Are there seating locations within the UAE Pavilion?

Some aspects of the UAE Pavilion visitor experience have seating, this includes: the Majlis and Dreaming Together.

Does the UAE Pavilion offer support persons accompanying People of Determination?

The UAE Pavilion Guest Services team will not be able to accompany People of Determination on guided tours. However, our team members are available at all times in case there is any need for assistance.

Is WiFi available within the UAE Pavilion?

Visitors to the UAE Pavilion will have access to the free Wifi network provided by Expo 2020 Dubai.

Is the UAE Pavilion air-conditioned?

The UAE Pavilion is air-conditioned to ensure the comfort of our visitors.

Are restrooms available at the UAE Pavilion?

Restrooms are located in the Oasis area.

Are there coat rooms and lockers available?

Coat rooms and lockers are not available. Visitors can visit Expo Visitor Information Centres for locker facilities.

Does the UAE Pavilion offer audio guides?

The UAE Pavilion visitor experience is multi-sensory, and therefore audio descriptors and tours would take away from the experience. The UAE Pavilion is designed to be viewed, heard and fully immersed within.

Can I bring food and beverage?

We have a strict policy against bringing food and beverages into the UAE Pavilion.

What are the COVID-19 safety measures in place?

For your safety, please adhere to COVID-19 safety regulations outlined by the UAE Pavilion. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or are not feeling well, please postpone your visit until you are feeling better.

All visitors must adhere to the following safety measures:
1. Wear a mask
2. Maintain social distancing
3. Sanitize hands frequently

The UAE Pavilion will sanitize key touch points regularly as well as feature hand sanitizer at key locations.
